The FTC Soundstream
One of the first opportunities I embraced at Five Towns College was getting involved with the campus radio station, The FTC Soundstream. I'm an active contributor to multiple shows, including the college’s flagship program Good Morning FTC, a collaborative show with friend and classmate Isabella Escobar called From The Start, and my own original program, Songs From The Small Screen, which I created and host.

Songs From The Small Screen is a radio show I created and host, focusing on the use of licensed music in television. The show explores how carefully chosen tracks, like There She Goes by The La’s in Gilmore Girls, enhance storytelling and emotional impact on screen. Recent episodes have featured discussions on series such as The West Wing and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
Songs From The Small Screen airs every Thursday from 5:00-6:00 pm

Good Morning FTC is Five Towns College’s daily morning show and the only program on the campus radio station that airs five days a week. The show delivers daily updates in news, entertainment, and sports, while also highlighting events and happenings around campus to keep the student body informed and engaged.
Good Morning FTC airs Weekdays from 8:00-9:00 am

From The Start
From The Start is a collaborative radio show created by my friend and classmate, Isabella Escobar. The show is built around sharing and exploring different forms of media with one another, alternating each week as either Isabella or I lead the episode. Past topics have ranged from Sonic the Hedgehog and Kingdom Hearts to Dolly Parton and Chappell Roan, reflecting our wide-ranging interests in pop culture.From The Start: Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 pm
